We understand you may have worked with other web companies and had negative results. We hear it every day when meeting new people. The difference between us and other companies is simple; we developed our process to cater to our clients. We assign an Account Manager who crafts strategy, a Project Manager who oversees your project, a Designer who brings your brand to center stage and a Developer who brings your visions to life. As a team we work collaboratively, to ensure that communication is always open and each area of your project is created by an experienced and knowledgeable member of our staff who dedicates their time to a specific part of your project, rather than one person trying to wear multiple hats. Don’t just take our word for it, see what our clients have to say about us.
You may be thinking, “they all say that.” That is why we would rather invite you to call us and chat or visit our office headquartered in Clinton Township, MI for some coffee – rather than waste your time with a bunch of marketing rhetoric and buzzwords. Get to know us, we welcome it, the truth is, we are passionate about creating new relationships and crafting digital strategies to help our clients to succeed. That is the very foundation that started Momentum when James Plouffe and Adam Sgamotta realized they wanted something bigger.
Our first client, Michigan Head & Neck, remains a client today and since, we have added over 250 clients who recognize our passion, as well as our integrity. Over the past 3 years, we have grown rapidly adding employees and expanding our office space, but one thing remains constant; we never lose focus on what got us to where we are today, our clients.
It is true that in our professional careers, we will spend more time at work then we do home. So it was only natural to create an open culture where our employees can be passionate and do what they do best in comfort. While clients are vital to success, it takes a team of dedicated and talented individuals to interact and collaborate to turn visions into reality.
At Momentum, we are a team, we sit down for lunch each day together and finish a week of hard work with an ice cold, Michigan Craft Beer on Fridays. The only time we may not act as a team, is when someone throws down the gauntlet on the Ping-Pong table or on one of our two arcade games.
In the end, we recognize that each of our staff brings unique and experienced talents to the table. While we all share common goals and visions for the company, each of us have experiences in other industries, reflecting the audiences that we serve.
